Yumm!!!  Homemade chocolates and so easy to make.

I used a the double boiler method of melting the Wilton candy melts. That is on the stove with using a small pot with water and a larger glass bowl that fits inside the pot {be sure water does not get into your bowl}.

On medium heat setting put about half a bag of candy  melts into  the bowl. When the water is slightly at a boil put the bowl on the pot. With a silicone spatula stir the melts constantly until all the wafers are completely melted and the chocolate is smooth.

Then spoon the chocolate into each cavity of the mold, slightly shake the mold from side to side and tap on the counter several times.  This will spread the chocolate evenly and bring air bubbles  to the surface.

 Place the mold on a tray and refrigerate for  15-20 minutes or until the chocolate sets up. When ready, take out of the fridge and pull the silicone from the edges of each candy.  Then push the bottom of the mold to pop-out the chocolate. {Don't worry the mold will go right back into shape}

There you have it, delicious treats for your family and friends! {If they make it that far.

Thank you for watching and have a very Merry Christmas ~ Trace
