Indoor Fall Leaf Wreath

With a few dollars and a few supplies you can make his cute Indoor Fall Leaf Wreath. Simply punch approx 80 leaves, cover the wreath form, attach a sign and there you have it, a fun reminder of how Blessed you truly are.

Chipboard -3" x 6" 
Back Cardstock
Color Box Chalk Ink 
Hot glue and Hot Glue Gun
EK Large Leaf Punch
Twine 
Foam Wreath Form 10"-from Dollar Tree
